FAQs

How can I register for the P ZERO™ Experience?

You can register to the event by clicking on the P ZERO™ Experience website www.pzeroexperience.pirelli.com selecting your preferred event and by entering all the information requested. After completing the registration and payment you will receive a confirmation e-mail which is your pass to gain access to the event.

What are the payment methods?

You can choose from the following payment methods: Credit/debit card or PayPal.

What is the minimum age of the driver to participate to the event?

To be able to participate in the track driving sessions, all drivers and additional drivers must be at least 21 years of age (18 in specific events) and hold a full, valid and clean driving licence with no suspensions or santioning measures that has been issued at least 36 months prior to the event.

Can I share my car with a second driver?

Yes it is possible to share the owner's supercar with a second driver. Depending on the event during the registration phase you can purchase an "Additional Driver Pack". Please note that it's mandatory that the owner of the car produces a written declaration authorising the additional driver to drive its car on track (as stated in the log book/vehicle registration certificate)

How many Companions can I bring to the event and what is the minimum age?

Each driver can bring up to 1 or up to 3 companions depending on the event. Please check also the minimum age allowed to participate in the Pirelli Track Day which differs for each P ZERO™ Experience.

Which activities can the companion take part in?

All companions at the event can experience and enjoy the Pirelli Lounge and all of the available services as part of the P ZERO™ Experience. According to the circuit and the programme, the companion can also enjoy guided tours of the circuits and/or other additional activities depending on the venue.

Cancellation policy

In the event that the Buyer wishes to cancel his/her participation in the P ZERO™ Experience Package, the Buyer’s entitlement to any refund will be as follows:

• cancellation 30 days or more prior to the date of the P ZERO™ Experience Package: 100% refund
• cancellation between 14 to 29 days prior to the date of the P ZERO™ Experience Package: 50% refund
• cancellation of 13 days or less prior to the date of the P ZERO™ Experience Package: no refund.
