The Driver and/or any of his/her Companion(s) who wish to attend any activities (including test drives or hot laps) with the car manufacturers attending the P ZERO™ Experience shall have to abide by any instructions and/or regulations requested by such car manufacturers and their personnel.
PIRELLI shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the Driver and/or by any of his/her Companion(s) in relation to any activities (including test drives or hot laps) with the car manufacturers attending the P ZERO™ Experience; accordingly the Driver - also on behalf of his/ her Companion(s) - agrees to release and save Pirelli harmless from any liability with respect to any claims arising out of or in any way connected with such activities and waives any claim or action against Pirelli in relation thereof.
